aggressive? ok lar I used to have about 8 of them at one time many years back... can be hand fed somemore so quite cute... but they too require cool environment to do well and cold water to breed...
can u imagine I went to yunnan last year and at a stall selling herbs I saw few thousands dried mandarin newts on sales at RMB$2-4 per jin?? |

Actually you know they look kind of like the Vietnamese salamander only darker.
I have a few Paramesotriton deloustali but mine pics are really bad, so got a pic from the net |
