Does not really look good for the healthy one as well you will have to treat the whole batch not to separate the sick one for treatment.

You can use the Metro in your list and also use a heater, treatment needs to be long in this case as they're really in bad shape. I doubt they'll grow properly. You should not get them actually. Medicine cost will be high when treatment is long, so need to consider this point also.

Good Luck.

Bro, frm pic looks like pt of no return for the fish. Stun n infected. Best to seperate the sick fishes, if no spare tank, no choice use pail or styrofoam box (make sure it is clean). But u shld have a spare tank by rite for quarantine when u buy any new fishes.

Seperate fishes but treat both tank with metro as well. Tis is for precaution. Once a sick fish is in a com tank best to suspect all have been affected and treat all. Put metro, heater 30 degree and aireation high. Dose 5-7days.

Touch wood, dun b surprise e sick fish will last longer then the assumingly healthy eating and looking ones. Always those that u hope will die will not die n vice versa.

I believed itchy meant MQ4, not Ma4. or is that a new product? I used MQs many yrs ago cos I can't find metro, but since u hv metro, do u still need to buy MQs? There are only a couple of medication discus hobbyist keep, no need that many, to buy every type will cost u a bomb. As it is, that couple of medication already cost a bomb.

Ya, one for 'deworming', one for 'deflagellation'.

Don't advise to switch medicine quickly, why don't you consume the metro first, then get the MQ4, 5. Most lfs shall have MQ4, 5, but think most are old stock as no longer import with new stock. Hope you know how to use the metro.

Again treatment will be long, at least two weeks and check whether they start eating. Repeat treatment for another week if they don't eat after 1st treatment. Even after treatment, they will hard or slow to grow and the sickness can be back again.
