It is very sad that these paper generals, despite their outstanding degrees which outshone the old PAP leaders, do not possess the foresight nor the capabilities. There are those ministers like MBT that gets away with the problems Singaporeans are now facing, and they don't have to answer for the past mistakes. This is what we call "an iron bowl career."
