thanks. Wc is something of a routine for me already. over the years fine tuned my wc regime, now it takes about an hour to do 50% both tanks while i enjoy a cup of coffee

oh yes, i also use a heater to maintain the temperature of my tanks

ph is about 6.5-6.8

I hardly test for the rest, maybe once a blue moon when i observe that the fishes do not behave right.

my water gets dirty during feeding time, especially when fed on sutchi. but it clears up pretty fast. i am using fluval fx5 canisters as secondary filters to my sumps, these are quite good for mechanical filtration. plus i use alot of wool in my sumps too as i am quite particular about water clarity
