Good to see you here, cause your reply straight forward. As mention a ugly bd cannot be name as bdleo. Cause bdleo stand for bd x pdr. Not bd x bd How will you Sell it as? Ok good the black and white tone is different this could only be seen when the pups are bigger. We will need to wait for the rays to mature. |

but still cheap cheap.....but $$$ is subjective to individual.... but don't quote me, as I'm just a hobbyist, may not have seen enough as those professional breeders. but truely, your ray is nice... should look good as it grow. |

Why ugly BD can't be pass off as bdleo? What is BD Leo description to u? Have seen n witness BD lookalike BDleo and BDLeo lookalike BD in the market ,as in accordance to their parentage gene in the breeding pond. Hence, my take is see fish buy fish within your means and be happy with your purchases. And enjoy your new entry as much...otherwise groom ,learn n upgrade thereafter ... Fish keeping is a Hobby to enjoy n de - stress and not a Stressful hobby. one of my ugly BD that I pass her off as bdleo Advance Christmas greetings to all here. I do not understand the need to pass off a BD as a BDleo.... My definition of BDleo is a mix of BD and PDR....hence if it is not a mix, then it is not a mix lor...why pass off as mix? and if a BDLeo lookalike like BD, sell as BD? would the spot turn small when grow adult? Most discussions in forum are on pup, hence they look similar.... Maybe you can show some BDleo adult vs BD adult to educate us. On the colour tone...like I said, is my personal opinion. You try putting a BD and BDleo side by side, and see whether the colour tone is the same. Maybe is just happen to those few that I seen. Again, I'm a hobbyist not a breeder... |

Ray...to me is a unique fish, that every pc.... the pattern is unique and nice! Some can even mark out the numbers, alphabet and images from the pattern. There is no specific way of appreciating a nice fish. Some like it black, some like it brown by motoro, or sp, some like big spot, some like small dots like star just like P14. and as they grow, the pattern change...this is wat I like most. |

I also appreciate BD and rays in general for their ability to morph as they age. The thing is, I have seen very normal looking BD pups turning into a superb piece at a semi-adult stage. If I'm not mistaken, it belongs to Kai from Thailand. Happy ray-ing bros! |
