I have issues with these bikes that try to beat the gantry. They ride on walkways, play grounds, void decks etc where there are kids playing. Very dangerous.

I forgotten until you mentioned, Feb indeed. I used to pay $17 for MSCP carpark. Pay extra $3, no need bother where i go liao. Only thing is, I was told airport also included, only to incur more parking charges when I parked there for 9 days

But still, this island wide season parking was a very good initiative as there are many dispatch riders who can really reduce their cost (not forgetting they work hard for their money and not being highly paid).

I only hope bike COE is split into 2 categories, up to 400cc and above 400cc. This will help keep basic bikes more affordable for those who need it to make a living.

Some r plain lazy, park right at void deck even its MSCP and not hot or wet.

I say the eps is a good system for hdb area as it ensure the resident a lot to park and not becoming a place specially when the heavy vehicle once they park they , they take up a few other lots. But yet the eps at some area are just pain in the ass because they just register that the lot is full and the rest would have to que along the road and become a long air lane outside the road creating inconvience to other road user
