Dun think so.
If opens for tender, we would see plenty of oversea players in partnership with the local tycoons to form a consortium and bid for it. The question is how many license will be released, this will be main factor to consider for those interested parties |

The thing is. Gambling is a big problem and opposition voiced objection to this online thing but it still breeze through.

no more choice as export down , manufacturing down, construction down, investments returns down, salaries also down.
all erp, cpd , coes, transport all squeezed liao. only 1 way left to make money , as gambling always up when economy goes rock bottom. fighting for survivor |
