Depending on the media type, you just fill the appropriate qty to the FR eg 150g of PhosBan treats about 600 litres of water.

So 150g may only occupies half the height or three quarters depending on the size of the FR.

Thanks for the info guys. Are the 2 'sponge' or 'wool' replaceable and are these for sale as accessories spares?

Though I am not using the same FR. I think the sponge or wool are the standard ones that you can get from normal aquarium. It is those black or blue color ones that are used in filters.

Yes..it is replaceable and available at major Online store as accessories spares or you can DIY

Thank Ken for letting go his spare Phosban reactor ..
Just hook up today and running ..Hope my tank PO4 will reduce..
