I added one box first and see how the aro reacts. After two hours nothing wrong then is ok to add somemore but so far I added only one box nia. I added bcos my aro at that time pass out white poo which floats. After three days my aro back to normal liao.

I use to guess and estimate nia. I always underdose first then add extra more if not effective. I am not so experienced as you put but willing to share my own personal method. This may or may not apply to you. So utimately still at your own discretion.
