Yep, me still keeping a bunch of jurus now....have grown from <2" to about 5" avg now....still doing well. I do find them rather hardy though. Perhaps the batch bro OCC brought had some hidden diseases to begin with? Anyway, I see that you have all given very good and detailed analysis of his tank

do u tink i shd add some plants in my tank to add some colours?
i think u can try lo... but so far all the plants i got in my tanks all kena destroyed by the plecos....

no la.... ard 1 mth plus plus then gone liao.... u try la.. maybe u place higher up the wood then no problem...

Yep plants and plecos don't go together....also severums...

No more deaths in my EE tank...I think it has more or less stabilised....i added another cannister to this tank...so now its full swing with 2 Eheim cannisters and 8 trays OHF....also removed and released the small soon hock.

Also removed the dead spaces by introducing the outlet of the new cannister at the bottom...added gravel for the EEs also......
