To be honest I wouldn't classify this as P13 or BD, The skin texture looks rough, P13 should be smooth, and the base color, spot color, and also the tail looks wrong. sorry for being straightforward

Even if this ray is a pure BD (which I think unlikely) there are certain benchmark to determine the price it can command. The spots, the skirtings etc. This ray's shouldn't cost a lot as what you claim.

Try to change the diet of ur rays and see whether there's a change of the spots...like some bros said,mixture of food is better than solely pellets...
