I buy the frozen spinach from the Market Place at Raffles City and they come in size like fish ball. What I do is defrost a few lumps and chop it up like minced meat and den separate them to smaller quantities and put it on a plate in the freezer. Every time I need to feed which is daily I just take one and put it in clean water and in a few minutes it will soften.... and I just throw into the tank and the fishes will wallap it up. I feed raw...not cooked spinach.
