Transport fare also raise almost yearly.........but they never change trains and bus yearly........

The Tampines Tempo publication by TTC uses such good quality paper...waste $$$. Also the Tampines 5Mps photos always appear in any Tampines Town Council publication, are they not civil servants or governement...who are they then???
