I just did a water change 4-5 hours back but one of my aros is breathing rather heavily and fast after that. It's been over 4 hours now and it's still breathing rather fast and heavily.

20% of the tank's water is changed and top back up as usual with tap water and anti-chlorine. the rest of my other tanks are not affected only this SR.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong?

Most probably. Now gonna flush out the water from the pipes longer before topping into the tank.
