cuttlefish bone is good for the PNT but does it have any effects on the aquarium water??

hmm not really. all u see is powdery stuff floatin in the water or on the surface of the water tads all.

I put coral chips at the base of my tank for the PNT to chew on....I can only see some fine powdery like stuffs from the CCs....during wc, just siphon away.

Btw the PNTs are not photoshopped to face each other. It was a Kodak moment and I just couldn't resist turning this pic into a banner

why coral chips...? what nutritional value does it haf on the turtle?

for me its cuttlebonefish coz its calcium consumption.(if im not wrong )

aniways the cuttlebonefish does not cloud my tank water but im afraid that it might affect water parameters..

CCs increase the pH and it also allows the PNT to chew on it cause the experts pointed out that they need something to chew on, just like toddlers during their teeting stage...
