Can get high cholesterol if feed too much that shorten their lifespan & inability to move about. Got info from some ang mo who own "pacman frogs". Dunno if white treefrog will be as gluttonous thou.

They are more of a food item for "exotic" pets like snakes, lizards, tarantulas, etc. Some people use it as an occasional treat for pacman frogs too. Picture of many many pinkies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Feeder_mice.jpg |

I've seen videos of snakes and pacman frogs eating these pinkies. Do a seach on YouTube if you're interested. There are bound to be such videos. As for froggies, not many of them can eat pinkies actually. And since the frogs don't eat pinkies in nature, I won't recommend too. But as a very occasional treat, I guess it's ok. |
