If your worried about it I would separate from the other fish and continue salt treatment.
I thought my fish was king of the tank. Symptoms were not getting better when it was with the other fish. I separated the affected fish. Improvement began within several days of seperation. It takes time, maybe several months to be completely healed. From your pics, yours look minor compared to mine.
have you tried the Ocean Free "O" product yet ? I have heard very good reviews about it ?

My 8 inches aro recently also encountered similar problem, a small pimple appreared on the tail. The next day I did the following steps :

1) Change almost 80% of the water, top up with aged KTP water soaked with KTP leaves.

2) Added in biostress guard / salt / Japanese yellow powder.

The next two days the pimple is gone totally. This is only something which I had done and like to share, don"t really noe if it works for other cases.

Good water management....Especially ammonia levels...

Do get a test kit meant to test ammonia levels... brands like SERA is good.

Make sure bio filtration system is sufficient to handle the bio load/life stock.

A well balance filtration will have Ammonia readings at zero...

Regular changing of mechanical filtration wool helps to remove decaying waste helps too...

Slow process is plenty of salt treatment. Tedious but faster way to cure is to transmore the aro, use a pincer and plug out the "sword worm" one by one. Afterwhich, apply salt or medicine on the affected area before releasing it back into the tank.....
