hehe, it's mostly Weidner. My full store of books have just come home, there's a lot of reading to do yet, can't believe I bought so many fish books!

Oh Peter you got his book! I tried ordering through Borders once but they weren't able to get it. That must be the "encyclopedia" for EEs.

You are probably right - too many variations of "juruparis" around.

I currently have 2 batches of "juruparis" at home. One is WC from C328 and noted that the lips are turning red as they hit 4" up. Another batch is farm-bred and carries the usual greenish sheen....best viewed under natural light.

Now itching for some leucostictas.....

I bought it quite a few years back, it was left in my old place until I recently managed to get back all my bird and fish books.
So happy.

They're turning out to be daemons lol. Still in the midst of growing.

The guy who got your pieces is sfk7. Those should be bigger already I believe?

Hi Frontosa,

thanks for remembering me. Your daemons are doing fine. Grew alot but one developed HITH. Been busy with travel and also feeling down cos I've lost one heckel recently. Sorry YX! Serve me right for not doing any quarantine to wild fishes. The whole tank has gone through 3 courses of Metro and 2 courses or prazi. Hope its the end of my problems. Remaining 4 out of 5 left are seen out foraging when I'm not near the tank so i guess its better news.

anyways... picture time

Yours, frontosa. Love the extension at the ?dorsal fin and colors developed ~7"

From Aquahobby some months back ~5"

HITH

Group shot. Total 8 daemons in the tank

Happy New Year guys!
