There are 2 type of low profile setup
First type is having sump tank located at the end covered area; this enable the total height of tank to be between 3.5ft and 4ft . It has an extreme thin hood, which appeared to be slim.
Setback is the ligthing need to be ultra slim to avoid being seen.

Another type is having sump tank underneath the main tank; however the sump will be low height due to space constraint. Overal height of system is 4.5ft (nimimun).
