HAILEA OR ATMAN OR RESUN Better?

Hi all again , need some constructive advice here.
Thinking of getting a 1/10hp chiller for a 2.5 ft by 18 inch by 18 inch , + sump tank 2ft . Current Temp 31c.

Comparing the 3 brands 1) Hailea HL-080CHV
2) Atman cv-160 (ani1 know the dimension??)
3) Resun cl-280

Qns 1) Which of the 3 is of better runs quieter and not so prone to breakdown
2) Which would be a better choice for my tank specification?

Ani1 knows any LFS that carrys these brands(better still all 3) and where to get cheaper deal???
Please help me . Or any lobang selling the above 2nd hand?
