With immediate effect, our MerLion Brand will now only carry the Ultimate quality range of Asian Arowana produced by Dreamfish Inc. All other quality range will now be held under our new brand – PRESTIGE Arowana.

This effort will truly allow MerLion Arowana to effectively represent the best quality arowana from Singapore and using it to compete with the top quality arowana bred from Malaysia and Indonesia. This is a declaration of war on Quality! We are confident that our Merlion Arowana quality has surpassed that of many farms in the world.

The MerLion Arowana range will now hold the following:

1. MerLion Harmony Ultimate
2. MerLion Royal Ultimate
3. MerLion Red Ultimate
4. MerLion Gold Ultimate
5. MerLion Emerald Ultimate

All the above will bear exceptional bloodline and will be specially handpicked by us. There will be only one quality class in MerLion Arowana. Hence, MerLion Arowana will only be sold based on requests by our agents or by individual hobbyist.

Prestige Arowana will be used as a specimen to guide the industry or hobbyist on the quality standard of asian arowana. It will possess quality at an affordable price so that hobbyist will be protected from the unscrupulous breeders or traders who sell substandard arowana at low prices. With Prestige arowana, all hobbyists can be assured of the quality which meet or surpass the industry quality standard.

The Prestige Arowana will now hold the following:

1. Prestige Crossback (Premium)
2. Prestige Crossback
3. Prestige Red (Premium)
4. Prestige Red
5. Prestige Gold (Premium)
6. Prestige Gold
7. Prestige Emerald
8. Prestige Splendour


There will no change in our breeding philosophy and all quality of arowana bred by Dreamfish will be guaranteed.

Additional: The above meant that the selection criterior for MerLion Arowana is much more critical now. Hence, resulting in more quality fishes which do not meet the standard of MerLion Arowana to fall under Prestige Arowana and at a more affordable price. Hobbyist will gain from this quality control exercise.

MerLion Harmony is derived from a unique combation of parental line which only Dreamfish possessed. Only Dreamfish have the knowledge to breed it and maintain a consistant quality output.

With so many names, may I ask what is the new name for Merlion hiback rtg, that was purchased one year ago from your farm?
