Plant fert for shrimps
Bro, i need my plants to grow in my crs, FR, sakura tank, any plant fert to recommend? I have the complete range of seachem plant fert, but with its copper contents, wont want to risk my shrimps...suggestions please?

What kind of plants do you have? moss is a good plant for shrimps as they don't require additional ferts and co2.

i have fissidens on dw, moss-balls, java ferns, sea-weed & feng4 wei3....understand that they all dont need co2 (colorful uncle said) but they are taking too long to grow...

No need fert. Cool temp will help its growth albeit at slower pace. You want fast plant growth than you need to up lights, add co2 and ferts. All not very advisable for a shrimp tank

I used the Gex soil for plantation in the shrimp tank. But the con is that the gex soil has a limited "life span" for usefulness. Personally I find that hornwort and cabomba thrive and they are highly recommended plants for beginners.
