Default New submersible H2O Tank set up

Hi can any bros & sis here give me comments or advice on setting up a small submersible tank?

-what are the animals that can place?
-stones ? sands?
- jap mat needed?
-most importantly, what are the plants & filter involve?
-decoration?

on the above perhaps can post some pics so i have a better understanding how it looks like when i purchase

Bro, what do u mean by submersible tank? you mean a tank inside another tank?? cos last time i've seen a tank with hamsters in it and that tank is placed inside a fish tank. lol. submarine hamsters.

haha wrong understanding.. i have 1.5ft bare tank. on hand i have lots of stones and decorations. and also a spotlight. just thinking what filter to go with. i want it for aqua scaping type. no filled full with water. submerse with water only. what are the plants & animals can be involved?

what abt the filter?
