Default Green water

Hi bros

Can I check other than UV filters, does anyone uses chemicals for their aro tank to eliminate green water
?

I don't use chemicals. I use water flea though. It worked for me.

Well one way around it was I placed the fleas in the biological filter compartment of my OHF. There's quite a lot of water there so they just feed off the algae in that compartment.

I've learned my lesson well from the used of chemicals to eliminate green water. Now, only UV filter and it is still the best!

Care to share what happened, bro ? I just bought Philips brand today, anyone used that ?

Bro, as long is UV, your water will be back to crystal clear.
Brand doesn't matter, Phillips is a reputable brand, so should be long lasting.

I had a pond heavy on green water and dosed with chemical which suppose to eliminate green algae. The next day all fishes in the pond 'up the lorry'
