Hi guys, tis new thread will be devoted to an entire new pictorial step by step setup for new Vivariums, Terrariums n Paludariums alike.

I've juz started a new setup fr tis one. Juz e basic skeletal is being done up.
It's a 2ft x 1ft x 1ft all clear glass tank wif side bracings.

Secondly, get a main focal subject, fr instance in tis case, i got a bogwood wif branches dat resembles somewhat e roots of a tree of a forest floor.

Play ard wif e placings first. Roughly have em either in e middle or extreme left or right ends.

Thirdly, have in mind what ya'd like to accentuate e bogwood wif. Fr tis scenario, i have chosen a carolinae species of bromeliad to be e main primary focus in e tank. Nw, e wood plays a comlimentary addition to e bromeliad.

Since e bromeliad's strongest color is pink, e accompaniments fr e rest of e plants wld have to be in half or 4 times smaller thn e bromeliad, n also not forgetting to have some red or burgundy coloured plants to balance e strng pink.

Alternatively, ya can also choose to have e rest of e plants in green but it has to be in a darker shade so as to sudue e strng accent leaves of e bromeliad.

In tis pic, i've tied e bromeliad to e bogwood in such a way it's off centre a lil when viewed frm e frt of e tank.

At tis stage, e whole look is nt there yet but at least e main focal subject is there n frm there on, ya can mix n match e composition.

More pictorials will be on e way tmlw, so stay tuned! : )

Best Regards,
Phillip.
