Sale & Marketing Ethics and Policy of Dreamfish Inc. (Singapore Market)
1. In compliance to Dreamfish’s Ethics and in accordance to the Anti-
Competition Law of Singapore, we do not reject customers who wish to make direct purchases from our company. This is to broaden customer’s choices as opposed to limiting and restricting their selection process. 2. However, due to Dreamfish’s business model of bulk-selling, it is non- economical for us to accommodate purchases from individual customers. In addition, it is our company policy not to compete directly nor dilute the long-term business relationships with our cooperating partners (Distributors and Local Fish Shop (LFS)). 3. Our cooperating partners have been advised to provide high quality and comprehensive services to the customers. They should also take initiatives and be pro-active in attracting potential buyers who are keen in our product. This will ensure retainment of a constant customer base that will make our cooperating partners the first point of contact, as opposed to buying directly from Dreamfish. 4. In view of the above considerations, individual customers who wish to purchase directly from us, no matter the quantity, are advised that the products available from our farm will be higher priced, at the discretion of Dreamfish. 5. Dreamfish adopts stringent product quality control and with our Certificate of Warranty, customers can be assured that the product available from our farm and from our cooperating partners are of consistent quality and meeting the industry quality standard.
