Default Chiller Thermostat gilah ?

Using now a 1/4 HP Hailea chiller , the thermostat register 28.6 deg , but the in tank themometer register 25.4 deg, and the chiller kicks in often, so is it the thermostat gilah alreadi?

Can the temp in ur chiller be set the same as ur tank temp ?

Yes , I can set the chiller temp at 25 degree celcius , same as my tank temp , but the thing i fear is that since thermostat and thermomoeter diff is by 3 deg , if i set chiller at 25 , it may in fact bring tank temp to 22 deg , where LS starts hibernating liao .

i have not experinece with your chiller, but for me it usually means the flowrate through the chiller might not be right....had an artica coming on and off very 1 minute until i realise its the flow through the chiller that is given me problem.....
