saw alot of LFS with one arm crays also... dun tink lfs did that on purpose la... but could be accidental when transporting, since the claws are easily caught in the nets and bags....

And also from the farms, they will haul up a large bunch of crays by the hundreds and this mite caused some of the claws to get twisted, and dropped...

one of my crays escape last nite...

Lights off at abt 3am, woke up at abt 6am, realise 1 missing.... Suspect found at 7am on a old DW kept under my bed...

maybe the LFS break off one of the claws to prevent them from escaping?

!!! mine also escape ard tt time. Woke up in the morning, found it in the toilet. LOL

diao, i dunno how it escape. I cut out one of my retired big net and hold it on to my tank wif clips liao still escape. Any other ideas? Mayb go get the white trays like those in c328. Any idea how much it cost ah?

SIGH!! today come back count lobster 1 missing. Dunno is escapee or eaten up. Just moult ard 2days ago... can't find anywhere...

how i know ah. Almost 6attempts with 2 success getaway. Rest all able to catch back. Hard leh, small tank, 15" height, with 1feet water lvl. But problem i think is coz my canister pipe, dw all can be climbed. Den lobster quite big, raise hand almost can climb out liao.

1ft still can lower to abt 8" loh.... enuf to cover their feelers and eyes can liao...

still can climb leh. Now waiting to upgrade to my bigger tank, but can't find stand yet. Else shldn't haf tis problem, coz big tank 2.5' den got IOS so dun nd pipes.
