Fish Health Through Proper Nutrition
Just want to share with everyone this article that i came across in Reefcentral.com forums.
Its about the feeding of our fishes, how should we provide for the fishe's nutritional needs. Really makes us think again if that pellet food that we've been feeding all along is nutritionally sufficient or not Touches on the trace elements in our tank water too. This is a good read, i recommend that everyone have a look at it. Not a very wordy article, so shouldn't bore us all out.

It most likely means brine shrimp that has been enriched with supplements by soaking the live brine shrimp in it to absorb it before feeding. Brine shrimp are insufficient nutritionally for our fishes, so they should be enriched prior to feeding.
