Ferting in Shrimp tank

Hi

Need some advice on the followings:

Can I still fert Excel and Flourish for the plants (Mini nanas & hair glass) in my shrimp tank (1 ft cube) and how often and amount is safe for the shrimps?

I dose excel into my shrimp tanks before, no harm to the shrimps. Dose in small amount every once week.
