Default my gf poo is white long curly string

bro, sis,

any ideas what's goes wrong? i let them fast for 1 day then suddenly the poo become slimy white long stringy..

i feed them hikari lionhead and sometime w steamegg

Monitor your fishes, they may suffer from internal parasite or the white string poo may be resulted from them pecking on other stuff in your tank. If you resume your feeding and their poo is still not back to normal, then its internal parasite.

i resumed by feeding and see result later. hopefully it goes back to normal.

if still the same, what medication should i use?

after resume feeding for 2 days, this morning still got white long string but not so long compared to before.

i think it should be internal problem. what medication should i apply?

Soak food in Epsom salt first for abt ten min. Then feed, the least toxic way to eradicate intestinal parasites.

I am currently treating my frontosa and aro for the same symptom too. Using Waterlife octozin + 0.3% salt.
Saw improvement on the 2nd day.
