Default Marine Water Aquaria Testing

Marine Salt Testa

Marine Salt Testa is a triple function meter that measures salinity in specific gravity, salinity in parts-per-thousand and temperature readings.

Water conditions replicating natural seawater is the most ideal environment for all marine species. Such conditions however are difficult to replicate and normal measurements using a hydrometer are highly inaccurate. The Marine Salt Testa overcomes this problem using a new method of measuring salinity via the conductivity method. The readings are automatically compensated for different temperatures.

Salinity Refractometers

Salinity Refractometers are the more economical and traditional method to measure the salt concentration using light refraction. It is a better form of measurement as compared to the hydrometer due to its accuracy.

The Salinity series offers two models:

Salinity Refractometer TI-RSA0100A

Salinity Refractometer TI-RSA0028A

Both models offer good resolution and accuracy with temperature compensation to the 20oC standard.
