Frankly speaking, for $20 over dollars I end up buying a table fan. Very quiet, adjustable speed and I can bring temperature for my 4 ft tank down to 28 on HOT days (used to be 30 - 31 on hot days) and the temperature reading was 26 two days ago when it was hot and cloudy and slightly windy. I can't wait for rainy season to see what actual outcome..

the only setback of a table fan - you need to find a stand that is tall enough for it.. and it is not an option for those with space constraint.
