Confirmed working Albino Blue angelfish pairs
Hi,
I have 3 pairs of confirmed working Albino Blue angelfish. Note these are not your usual Albino Silver. These Albino Blue angels have a light sky blue hue to their body color and they are true pink eyes albinos. Letting go to focus on the wild strains. Good for those serious hobbyists who want to take up the challenge of breeding more exotic strain of angelfish. Asking for $120 per pair. No reservation please.... FCFS. No pics. If interested, kindly contact me at 9816 7557 or PM me for viewing and collection at No 22, Pasir Ris Farmway 2, Unit no. 2. Cheers! |

OK bro. Will try to see if I can get a few shoots over the weekend.
Some bros have highlighted that as they have never heard nor seen this strain and hence, got no idea how it looks like. Plainly, it is the angelfish version of the Abino Blue Diamond discus. Color is very similar. Light sky blue color with pink eyes. But in this instance, it is an angelfish strain, nothing to do with discus. Hope that clarifies. Anyone who wishes to view them in person can arrange for viewing this weekend at the above-mentioned location. Cheers! |

Thanks very much for highlighting. They are VERY similar in appearance but the Albino Pinoy has at least one dose of dark (black) genes whereas the Albino Blue contain zero dark genes. Appearance wise both look similar because the dark genes in the Albino Pinoy is not expressed in the phenotype due to the complete absence of melanin. So genetically, Albino Pinoy and Albino Blue are different but they look very similar in appearance. BTW, just wanna correct the naming of strain. There is no such thing as Pinoy Blue. Technically, they can't coexist because of their genetical definition. Kindly refer to post #25 of this thread http://www.arofanatics.com/forums/sh...oy+blue&page=3. Once again, thanks very much for the help. Appreciate that. |

Thanks very much for extracting this old thread. The pics show a normal Albino Silver (female) and a normal Blue (male) angelfish. And yes, the objective stated in the thread is to create the Albino Blue. But note the fishes that I'm selling does not come from that particular line. I lost the original line along the way due to a disease outbreak. These 3 pairs that I'm selling came from overseas breeder. It is an entirely different lineage but similar genetic make-up. Hope this clarifies. Thanks once again. |

Found a video in youtube by famous angelfish breeder Ken Kennedy. My fish is exactly the same strain as what is shown in his video.
Hope this will clarify all the questions you may have. Cheers! Last edited by CheckerBox; 12-02-2014 at 12:07 AM. |

If they're cfm 3 working pairs, they would have spawned before. Any pics of both parents and fries pls? It's better to have the actual pics rather than video of similarities, reason being price wise is on the high side of angelfishes except altums. Thanks!
