i dont know how many there are exactly. i always lose count.
i have successfuly kept these with certain species, but it is usually not reccomended unless you are very familiar with this fish. |

no, i think its just the size difference that scares them. much like you would not choose to fight a man who is 9 feet tall and 500 lbs. lol. anything small that i drop into the tank is as good as gone, but when i reach an arm in the tank to clean it, they just move to the opposite side of the tank until im finished cleaning.
i remember when i got my first batch of 10, i would stick the tip of my finger in the tank to see if they would go after it, and they did. but i have domesticated them a lot since bringing them in. i do not use live feeders for any of my fish, and these have been on a staple diet of prepared foods. even MP i usually only feed as a treat. |
