Dragon and angels.
Some bros may know i have problem finding tankmates for my fierce arowana.. today bought 5 cheap angels from polyart to try.. i believe they are adults..
usually what tankmates i add, straight away whack.. esp tiger.. put in only aro chase like no tomorrow.. but to my surprise.. those angels were fine! except 1.. 1 very shiny angel(luckily i didn't get platinum) was slightly chased.. the other 4 was not touched even they were swimming at the top area.. from this pic, you can see the aro trying to chase that angel. the one with only 2 black dots and no orange head is the shiny one.. might sell it away and get another less shiny one.. Great stuff bro! Believe it or not, I had angels the size of 20cent coins together with my 14inch red, she didn't care at all! Now they are much bigger already

I had the same luck with tigers too! Btw, mine are the common striped angels... They are growing beautifully and developing green and blue hues!

nice! i couldn't find those adult striped angels for reasonable price.. therefore got this patchy koi angels.. was still thinking it was quite ulgy when i saw it in the LFS.. but upon adding in tank, they don't actually look that bad.

Haha ok... Agree.. Kinda hard to find the adult striped ones... Rainbow farm has a couple of adult angels though... Prices should be accepted with a pinch of salt.. I prefer more natural colours hence I picked the striped ones... Also looks Altum-ish

i kept a 4in pacman cat with a 16in red aro b4, lucky he never eat it, if not.....
Somehow u gt to know what is the thing ur aro don't like, for example, one of my aro cannot stand anything that swim in the upper n middle part of the tank, so i only keep bottom dwellers with him. Are those koi angels? |
