Does it make a difference feeding sinking pellet vs floating pellet?

not too sure, but imho floating type , they may gulp too much air and get bloat sickness.
experts pl clarify if this is correct

Feeding is the hardest to estimate, my few attempt all turn upside down due to over feeding
