ISO and Shutter Speed
Hey guys,
Just wondering how ISO settings change the image outcome. Also, does anyone know how to change the shutter speed on a Canon G9? Thanks |

i nvr worked on a g9 b4 but how iso effect the pics i noe lol...
basically the higher the iso u set the more noise u get. the word noise means the pic will be grainer. u can read up this for a more chim explaination :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_speed#Exposure_index just in case if u wondering abt shutter speed. the longer u put the more blur the or unclear the pic will become. but not in all cases. if u do panning shots.. means moving ur cam with object at low shutter the pic's moving object will be clear and background will be blur(if u get it right)... but for fireworks.. u gotta have a high shutter. example: http://www.geofflawrence.com/photogr..._apertures.php http://www.ephotozine.com/article/Ca...eeds-explained alternatively u can try out this simulator i found online. http://www.shutterbee.thinkrandom.com/ |
