Try again with lots of DW and caves at the tank bottom.

thnks.
I also think it is cos my tank is bare with only 4 big IT com, no where for the plecos to hide .
not sure if I add 3 to 4 big ones will it dilute the aggressiveness from the aro

Checked my PH today and got a scare... Below 5 i think... Will adding coral chip helps? Intend to get some to bring up the PH then try again with normal sucker fish... Anyway does those sucker fish sharesbthe same water parimeter as those "L" series pleco?

All pleco cannot survive at low pH. Aro can tolerate a wider range. Get your pH to be at least 7 before you introduce any pleco.

Yes, getting more will dilute the aggression.
