Default Why my water level not parallel

I took a picture of my fish tank and found out that the water level is not parallel to the floor. What could cause this to happen?
It shouldn't be the camera flaw or the close distance that I took the photo.
Then I went to take some other photos on my fish tank, it seems fine.
....really puzzle me.
Anyone know why?

Since the 2nd pic looks ok, I think it should be how u hold the camera.
Take a few more pics like the 1st pic to compare?
If not, use a tripod with a liquid level to confirm.

Or use a ruler/measuring tape to measure from base of the tank to the surface water level at a few points to check whether the water level is really not parallel to the ground. Sometimes, eyes can trick us, by merely looking at the pics.

My floor is ok. I didn't use measurement tool, but when I put a goli on the floor, it doesn't roll. The 1st and 2nd tank is from the same view, just that the first one I cropped it using gimp.

I know my little fishes not powerful enough to do that without causing waves and notifying me.

3 possibilities - your floor, your stand or or tank is not level. Using "goli" to test is not conclusive if the inclined level is slight. Use a spirit-level rule instead. Can get it from your hardware store or a few bucks. Tell them "peh chui chio" (hokkien) else they may not understand
