Default any good recommendation for PnS/DSLR for Fish/Aquatic photography ?

am comtemplating the Fujifilm Finepix F30/31FD versus the prosumer Finepix 6500FD.

- any owner in AF ? Can give comments ?
- Are there better recommendation ?

Currently own Ricoh Caprio R4 and Olympus C-5050 but both do not perform well for fish phototaking and low light conditions.
