Default what anti chorine or conditioner do you use for ray keeping?

As above, i did my water change this afternoon and my ray almost up lorry. Did a 20% water change and notice my ray start acting weird and keep doing extream chin up as if wanna fly out of the water.

I change my water by 20% water from my main tank and added in the recommend amount list by the QH product 10 mins before i added in new water at very slow rate. with 2 air stone bubbles. I don't know what went wrong...is it something wrong with my water changing methol or what? I keep recalling back what went wrong and till now still don't know why?

The conditioner i use was new water guard from QH. I told the sales assistant i need it for ray keeping and was intro this. Anyone try this product on their ray before? I really have my doubt as i know all anti chorine don't works the same. Please advice.

yes. I have it in my last compartment of my slump tank. Maybe it's the conditioner. Cos i only keep 1 12" red and a 6" ray in tank.
