I understand where Mr cow's angle in coming fromwhen he said that and I agree with him. Changing signaling system is not easy and to integrate into a old system is even harder.
He forgets that those ppl, who worked the gnd, had left the work place and those who are working on the integration know little of the old systems, except the drawings and diagrams. This makes the work even harder. He just have to do the work himself then he will understand why the ppl so pissed with the delays and boss not happy that their workers are later in the morning. Hope more agencies see the need for local experienced engineer and not relay on FTs. Sad to see that it happening... |

I dun think he was talking nonsense neither do I agreed on his claims.
He simply express his opinion from where he sit on the top and simply do not understand a damn bit of wats happening from the bottom. My guess was tat when delays happened especially during the peak hour in the morning, he was still at his peak hour in la la land. |

Diew the nippled cow. Bingo, get the cow by the horn and throw it on the damn train from clementi to tuas. Count the numerous stoppages before it opens its fat hole again.

It just goes to show how petty he is. Instead of offering apologies to the people of Singapore, he had the audacity to slam the press for reporting. He should have instead made use of the MSM to tell the people his course of actions to solve the problem and begged the people to give him more time. It would have been more acceptable by sporeans
