My guess is around 5cm.
The better ones comes in light blue, doesn't have the grainy texture feeling and finger press will not dent easily.

For a 422 tank, at 90% volume, water alone is 408kg.
that is excluding your glass tank, pumps, lights and other accessories.

all in, i guess the weight is going to be 500++kg

Are you sure you want to use IKEA stuff to DIY the stand?
The IKEA items you listed were designed for household items.

You going for temporarily make-do or long term? Unless you go with those good quality wood like chengai which is pricy, those cheap wood cannot withstand water. Don't believe keeping fish can do without getting the stand wet. The wetted wood will rot and poses hazard and come to the worst termite problem. Do consider carefully.

Not worth to take the risk. Even if using those ikea metal stand, u will probably need alot of them as if only support the 4 corners, sure not enough to hold the weight. get a proper setup with a bit more $ than to waste more $ and effort in the end.
