AFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) - April 2017

There will be an AFC Annual General Meeting to be held in conjunction with the Qian Hu Event on 8 April 2017

As of 2017, AFC AGM will be held within the month of March of every workyear.

This AGM will cover below agenda.

1) Statement of Accounts for financial year of 2016 (1 January to 31 December)
2) Election of committee members for 2017
3) AOB

The reason that 2017 AGM is being held so early in March now i that by AFC constitution declared to the Registry of Society, our AGM was to be held in March of every year.

Henceforth we request for your indication of attendance as below.
