granules-like stuff on aro scale and fin

Hi bros,
My aro has develop the above mention problem and i'm sure that it is not white spot. I have add 0.3% of salt and set the temperature to 32C. I have also check my water parameter as all of them are ok. Any bros know what the problem might be and recommend some solution or medication. I won't be able to reply or read the messages till friday night cos I will be in camp. Hope everything goes well and not worsen when i return to see my aro.

Issit green in color and it's moving?? If yes, then it's fish "tick"!!

You've to remove it "manually". Don't administer medication as aro is very sensitive to medication.
