Recently, while my whole family wasnt at home.. the power in my house tripped. Luckily I got a check valve... so no flood I checked my Ben timer and realised that the power tripped at 2pm and I only reached home at 8.30pm. The odd thing is all my fishes still swimming happily inside.... after 6.5 hrs without any return pump + Tunze/M820.
I refer to the sump where that's no water movement when the return pump spoilt.

Best to get a UPS for the return pump just in case anything ...

i'm not worried abt power trips. i'm oni afraid the return pump will turn defective at night.

seems like keeping a spare 1 is a good choice.

tat time my return pump spoil my tank got no return for more than 24hrs.. but i run air pump on main tank.. sump also run airpump tunze blow more upwards to make suface rough.i heard that noon time is the time where oxygen is the most little in water.
