Default Ideal salt % for a 100 gal tank

What is the Ideal salt % for a 100 gal tank? Our calculator here indicates .01%

U use worngly. U have to state how many % u wan to add to 100gal of water, then it caculate the % is how many gram of salt to add to th tank.

u enter 100gal, then put the salt to 0.3% 80% water full (if ur water is 80% full) it will caculate how many gram of salt u need base on 0.3%

The caculator won't tell u how many % salt u need for a 100gal tank. Regardless of how big ur tank is. 0.3% salt for normal. 0.5% salt for
treatment

0.1%-0.3% salt concentration would be good. 0.1% of 100gal is about 370grams. 0.3% of 100gal would be 1110grams of salt.
