Per water change just about 20% of the water in the tank per week. Just need to clean the filter wool if u are using OHF. If the fish is wounded then vitamins is needed or is a growing aro like below 12" big. Anti bacteria is needed when u are setting up a new tank or the BB in your filter media got all swap out.

Salt will be needed as I believe your aro just got into new environment and kind of stress. It will need the salt to encourage the slim on the fish to relieve the stress. The fish not eating cos is still new to the tank.I am advising these base on the fish just got into your tank less than 2 to 3 weeks.

i thought that 0.1% of aquarium salt is okay for Aros under normal conditions and 0.3% for Sick Aros. Think encouraging or replenishing slime growth is the use of epsom salt which also aids indigestion or something to that effect.but if the aro is fine and there is no need for it.. Black water can be used to calm an Aro down...

I believed that at this moment your Aro's new to the tank. Probably, the water also not well cycled. Adding moderate amount of AC & Salt are a must.
It takes a week or so, to get the water cycled. Be patience, Aro can afford not to eat for more than 3 weeks.
