Default Dropsy

Noticed that my aro has got symptoms of Dropsy. Never eat for weeks. Scales are starting to protrude out and stomach is bulging. He is also on the surface breathing. What shall I do to save him?

Beside adding med. do 1/4 water change every 2 3 days. Up ur temp to 32C. Put med salt. Increase more oxygen.

Check ur water condition, When is ur last time ta u clean ur filter? How many days do u do ur water change? Is there other fish in the tank
